Welcome to Milly's Pizza In The Pan!

Robert Maleski opened Milly’s in 2020.  

The former ghost kitchen turned restaurant is a tribute to its namesake, Robert’s grandmother, who taught him to cook, and to restauranteur Burt Katz, whose Chicago pan-style pies inspired Robert to jump from eating a lot of pizza to making his own. 

Robert handcrafts a limited number of Milly’s pizzas every single day with the best ingredients available to ensure quality that would make grandma proud.
